A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required when returning the Fiesta-val contract.
All festival payments, with the exception of the deposit, are based on the estimated number of participants on the application form. The guaranteed count will be the participant numbers on record one month prior to the festival. If registration is received after a due date, payment(s) will be retroactive.

The final payment is to be paid no later than one month prior to the group's festival date. At that time, the final balance may be adjusted to reflect the group's total number of participants (guaranteed count). After one month prior to the group's festival date, any increase in numbers will be determined by Fiesta-val according to availability of hotel space, tickets, etc. Any decrease in numbers will be compensated according to Fiesta-val's individual cancellation policy.
Group Cancellations/Refunds for Overnight Packages:
For groups to receive a refund, notice of cancellation must be in writing and received in our office no later than 91 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations and refunds are subject to hotel/restaurant assessments, which may supersede the dates and penalties set forth by Fiesta-val. The following penalties for late group cancellations will be assessed as follows;
- 31-90 days prior to arrival date=50%
- 0-30 days prior to arrival date=100%

For full refund, notice of cancellation must be in writing at our office, no later than 31 days prior to arrival date. Regardless of reason, cancellations and refunds are subject to assessments, which may supersede the dates and penalties set forth by Fiesta-val. The following penalties for late group cancellations will be assessed:
- 0-30 days prior to arrival date = 50%
Individual Cancellations/Refunds for Overnight Packages:
Individual cancellations made within 15 to 30 days of arrival date - package costs refunded less 30% cancellation charge unless superseded by hotel/restaurant contract. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival and "No Shows" - no refund. No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by any participant after arrival at the festival location.

Note: For both Overnight Packages and The Festival Package, there are no refunds for unused tickets to Fiesta-val package events.
Method of Payment:
Payment via credit card can be made using the "Make a Payment" link in the secure area of our website. A 3% fee will be added by the processing center. In addition, we accept school checks, certified checks, cashier's checks and money orders. All checks must be payable to SPECTRUM OF RICHMOND, Inc.
Broadway performer enjoys judging Fiesta-val
Marc Dalio's route to Broadway took an interesting set of turns, some luck, and the support of his parents and mentors.
With a long list of professional theatrical credits, including starring roles in Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Les Miserables, Pippin, West Side Story, South Pacific and others, Dalio - a choral judge for Fiesta-val - wasn't very interested in singing or theater growing up.
